A Flower Party for Children

April 27, Sevastopol, Ukraine

Real experience

 Flower Party for children

According to the scenario, a fairy should come to the children, tell them about flowers and give them presents.

Vitaliya, a Ukrainian yogini, was that fairy. There were also Serezha and Olya from Simpheropol – our musicians. They came and sang a magic song about a flower which is opening above the head. The kids repeated all the movements after the fairy and listened to the breeze going from the wings of a magic butterfly with joy.

The song was the following:

(The hands are turned downwards)

Dear iridescent flower, bloom, bloom!

Fill us with wisdom and purity!

(The hands are a little bit higher)

Dear iridescent flower, bloom, bloom!

Fill us with the harmony of nature!

(The hands are on the belly)

Dear iridescent flower, bloom, bloom!

Fill us with generosity and kindness!!

(The hands are on the heart)

Dear iridescent flower, bloom, bloom!

Fill us with happiness, peace and love!!

(The hands are on the neck)

Dear iridescent flower, bloom, bloom!

Fill all the people with joy!!

(The hands are on the head)

Dear iridescent flower, bloom, bloom!

Fill us with quietness and forgiveness!

(The hands are turned towards the sky)

Dear iridescent flower, bloom, bloom!

Fill us with the sun, sky and spring!

Bloom, bloom, bloom, bloom… (the hands are higher and higher).

The Head-master of the club allowed us to perform a sahaja yogi song and all the children and yogis (the fairy’s supporting group) danced to the accompaniment of Roopa Salone. The fairy also taught the kids how to express generosity – all were eating some tasty little cakes not bending their hands, i.e. feeding each other. As it turned out later, that holiday was awarded the third prize in the city (some journalists had visited it).

With love,

From Sevastopol, Ukraine
